Words Puzzle, developed by QC Tech, offers a word puzzle gaming experience including single-player, multiplayer matches, leaderboards, and rewards. The app uses Google Play Services, Firebase services, and AdMob to keep the app free.

Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our Service. By using the app, you agree to the data practices described in this policy.

Information We Collect

1. Authentication Information

To enable multiplayer and secure gameplay, we use:

• Firebase Authentication for Google Sign-In
• Anonymous Guest Login for users who play without registering

We may collect:

• User ID (UID) generated by Firebase
• Google profile name & photo (only if Google Sign-In is used)
• Anonymous IDs for guest users (no personal details)

2. Multiplayer & Game Data

During gameplay, especially multiplayer modes, we temporarily store:

• Match IDs
• Player scores
• Entry fees and rewards
• Match results (winner/loser)

All match data is deleted automatically when the match ends.

3. Leaderboard & Progress Information

We store player progress for features like:

• Leaderboard ranking
• Level progress
• Rewards (diamonds, coins, etc.)

4. Device Information

To improve app performance, we may collect:

• Advertising ID
• Device model
• OS version
• IP address (for analytics & security)
• Crash reports (Log Data)

5. In-App Purchases (if enabled)

If users purchase coins, diamonds, or premium features, Google Play may process payment data. We do not store your card or payment information.

How We Use Your Information

We use collected data to:

• Provide multiplayer matchmaking

Data Deletion Policy

You may request deletion of your user account at any time by contacting us.

When requested, we delete:

• Your Firebase account
• Leaderboard entries
• Game progress

Temporary match data is deleted automatically when the multiplayer match ends.

Children’s Privacy

The app is not intended for users under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If such data is found, it will be deleted immediately.

Security

We take reasonable security measures to protect your data. However, no method of internet transmission is 100% secure.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy occasionally. The updated version will always be posted on this page.
